How long it takes
Orders leave us within 2 to 7 business days, then delivery time depends on where you are. You will get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout from your address. Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free — the bag shows how far away you are.
Returns
30 days from delivery. We accept returns on items that arrive damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. Send a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it.
Wrong size
Check the size guide before ordering — it lists real garment measurements. If a size is genuinely off from the chart, that counts as a fault and we will sort it.
Cancelling
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order until it starts being prepared for shipping.
