Your order
Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. That email confirms we’ve received and accepted your order. It’s also when our contract with you begins.
Sometimes we may need to decline or cancel an order—for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel or decline an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in USD. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is taken when you place your order.
For orders delivered internationally, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are paid by the recipient.
What you’re ordering
We work to show every design accurately. Screens can display colors differently, and small variations in shade or graphic placement can happen between garments.
Find your fit before you commit. Our size guide lists actual garment measurements. Please check it before ordering.
Getting it to you
Orders usually ship within 2–7 business days.
That’s the time before your package leaves us. Delivery takes additional time after dispatch. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Something wrong? Let’s sort it out.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you.
